Triton Products warrants to the original owner that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of the original purchase.  If this product is defective when used as intended under normal household conditions within the specified period, Triton will replace the product, send a replacement part or issue a refund (at our option) when the consumer provides a proof of purchase (either a bill of sale, receipted invoice or other proof that the product is within the warranty period), along with a full description of the defect, to:

Triton Products reserves the right to request photographic proof of product defect and request that the defective product in question be shipped to Triton Products to verify the defect or to aid in quality control efforts.  Triton Products makes no other warranties, express or implied, concerning the product.  This warranty does not apply to product that has been damaged as a result of improper maintenance, accident, other misuse or acts of God.  This warranty is void if the product is repaired or modified in any way.  In no event shall Triton be liable for incidental or consequential damages.  Legal rights vary from state to state so the above limitations may not apply to you if precluded by local law.
