To download a document, please follow these steps (for PC users with Internet Explorer):

Do NOT select a document and open it, instead save it to your computer
Right-click the document you want to download (instead of left-clicking )
From the menu, choose "Save Target As..."
Browse to a location on your computer where you store your document (e.g. My Documents) and click on "Save" to download the form to your computer
